1.0 Introduction

The Factory Manager, Mr Chok Yeow Ling chaired ERCMC meeting and expressed his sincerest appreciation to all members for their commitment and contribution towards the company’s environmental regulatory compliance monitoring.

Competent Person, Noor Zarif bin Noor Khizan said this meeting was held in order to review the company’s Environmental Management System in ensuring its effectiveness and meeting the DOE requirements and our own needs.

CURRENT ISSUE

BIL	PERKARA YANG PERLU DIBINCANGKAN	PIC
1	perbincangan mesyuarat pada 26 June 2019 Mr Yeow Ling ada membincangkan beberapa isu :- ·         Platform upgrade yang baru disiapkan pada April 2019 hendaklah di periksa supaya tiada kerosakkan yang timbul kemudian hari ·         Di dapati EQ tank masih belum di bersihkan ·         Sila maklumkan pada bahagian Maintenance untuk servis Blower ·         Telah menerima quotation untuk filter press dan akan dibincangkan dengan pihak atasan	Semua yang berkaitan
2	En Zarif memaklumkan bahawa:- ·         Terdapat sampah yang dibuang ke dalam jumbo bag yang mengandungi sludge SW204 ·         Pekerja leka bermain hanphone ketika bekerja ·         Didapati pump untuk Polymer tiada spare, akan di tempah secepat mungkin supaya tidak menimbulkan masalah ·         Sampah terdapat dalam EQ tank berpunca dari operator anodizing membuang sampah di dalam longkang dan mengalir ke EQ tank. ·         Akan mencari quotation filter press yang lebih murah untuk menjimatkan kos syarikat ·         Sebanyak 13.82 MT sludge telah dihantar ke Amberin Sdn Bhd dan sudah diupdate di ESWIS	Semua yang berkaitan
3	En Rakibul Islam memaklumkan bahawa:- ·         Terdapat pergaduhan berpunca anta En Rakibul dan En Ashiqul Islam Lipu berpunca dari salah paham membersihkan kawasan sekitar mengikut hari yang ditetapkan. ·         Akan memastikan kawasan sekitar dibersihkan dari sludge bagi mengelakkan longkang tersumbat	Semua yang berkaitan
4.	En Ashiqul Islam Lipu memaklumkan bahawa:- ·         Mencadangkan supaya hari minggu untuk membersihkan dan menservis semua paip dan pump ·         Filter Press pump 2 didapati tersumbat dan akan menyukarkan kerja ·         Clarifier juga perlu di servis ·         Paip perlu ditukar kerana sudah lama bagi mengelakkan kobocoran dan pecah.	Semua yang berkaitan
